My colleague Helen and I have been working with youth for many years and this year is no exception. Tonight we gave two online workshops after working all day with youth in a school, I am so grateful to surround myself with the enthusiasm and energy of youth. They think we are helping them,but they rejuvenate me.
Counsellor Talk : Creative Collaborative Connections 
Exactly! Had a wonderful, lengthy conversation (via Zoom) earlier today with one of the great young people in my life, and easily left the conversation with as much as anything she might have gained from our latest exchange. It very much parallels the act of mentoring someone: those I have been fortunate enough to mentor have provided me with at least as much inspiration as I allegedly provided to them.
